首先,对病害管道的上下游进行封堵和临时排水,管道的冲洗、清理管道内的杂物,管道缺陷(如破裂、渗漏、错口等)处进行预处理,进行 CCTV内窥检测,确定满足施工要求后;搭建翻衬平台,将树脂充填进入软管中,通过储运车把树脂软管运到翻转施工现场,将树脂软管另一端固定在翻转头上,进行水压翻转,翻转完成后进行热水循环加热固化;固化完成后切除头端和检查井底部的固化管,在检查井底部处取样检测初始结构性能,同时对修复后的管道内表面进行 CCTV 内窥检测检测固化管内壁表观形貌;通过闭水试验检验固化管密封效果。质量检验全部合格后,恢复通水。
3.2 管道临时封堵及临排管道的安装
通过CCTV对排污管道进行检测,将有问题的管段位置信息都收集起来,并做好相应的预处理工作,以免影响CIPP翻衬施工。图 8 为管道临时封堵及临排管道的安装示意图。在封堵前对管道进行降水、通风、检测有毒有害气体,确认达到安全标准后,操作人员下井进行管道的封堵。采用专用管道封堵气囊对上下游管道进行封堵,操作气囊气压保持在0.15 MPa以上。在井口放置工字钢,把气囊牵引绳、进气阀门及进气管都固定在工字钢上完成封堵。为了及时把上游的污水排到下游的管道内,防止污水从井口移出,造成二次污染。采用消防软管作为临时排水管道,同时准备一定量的备用管道,应对特殊情况。

3.3 管道内表面清洗及障碍物清理
高压清洗是利用高压水射流,将管壁上的结垢、泥沙冲洗干净。清洗过程中,根据原管道的病害情况,调节水压,防止因水压过高损失害原管壁;高压喷头在管壁内同一位置停留时间不易过长,以免破坏管壁。冲洗完成后,及时清理掉污水及污物。如图 9所示。

3.4 原管道缺陷预处理
针对管道内存在破损、管道材料脱落、缺口孔洞、接口错位、腐蚀瘤局部缺陷,采用灌浆、点位加固、机械打磨、人工修复等进行预处理;针对错位小于管径10 % 以内的缺陷,使用聚合物水泥砂浆填补磨平[16];对于外露尖锐物体(如钢筋、尖锐突出物、树根等)采用人工或机械打磨方式进行去除,需要表面磨平的部位用聚合物水泥砂浆给预处理;对于管道缺口问题,主要采用点位加固、灌浆进行处理;对于渗漏位点,采用堵漏王进行封堵,确保在施工阶段不出现漏水。
3.5 翻转内衬作业
3.5.1翻衬平台的搭建
把待修复管道上游检查井作为工作井,在上部采用钢管支架作为翻转作业平台,翻转作业平台搭建高度为 6 m。同时在修复管道的末端,安装一个可调节挡板,防止因翻转水压过大,软管拉伸过长,给固化管末端处理带来困难。工作平台如图 10所示。

3.5.2树脂填充及储运
按待修复管段两检查井中心距离,检查井井深、两端部所需长度、施工时静水压力所需高度以及固定在翻转头上的长度,确定软管长度并进行裁切;浸渍树脂前,对软管进行抽真空,抽真空时间根据软管的长度确定,在整个填充过程也要保持抽真空状态。根据制造商提供的热固性树脂、固化剂等试剂混合比例,结合软管的长度、厚度及孔隙率相关参数,计算出树脂用量;考虑到树脂的聚合作用及渗入待修复管道缝隙和连接部位,增加 5 %~15 % 树脂充填。树脂和固化剂混合后应及时进行浸渍,停留时间不超过 20 min,不能及时浸渍时应冷藏,冷藏时间不超过3 h[17]。
浸渍过程中由于树脂量较大,采用隔膜泵向软管中灌注树脂。通过压料平台对软管进行定厚压料,填充后软管采用塔吊进行牵引,折叠进入软管存放车。室内温度高于20 ℃时,将树脂软管叠放到冰水槽中或冷柜中贮藏,防止树脂发生提前反应,浸渍后内衬软管如图 11所示。
采用冷藏车运输树脂软管,避免日光或者强光照射,在树脂软管固化前运到施工地并完成翻转。

3.5.3 翻衬作业
树脂软管运至施工地点,将树脂软管一端固定在翻转头上,根据设计的翻转静水压力确定绑扎匝数及箍紧程度;另一端将控制绳和热水管紧箍在封闭端,随树脂软管翻转进入待修复管道内。翻转过程中,注水流量和树脂软管翻转保持匀速,通过控制绳和注水量来控制翻转速度和翻转水压,采用CCTV机器人在另一端实时观测翻转进度,如图 12 所示。当翻转树脂软管露出管道末端口时,立即固定控制绳,防止出现树脂软管伸出待修复管道末端口。

3.5.4 固化成型
树脂软管翻转送入目标管道内后,将管内热水输送管与水泵、锅炉设备连接,开始加热固化。此次固化采用一台锅炉加热(锅炉功率为1.2 MW),通过潜水泵与锅炉回水处相连接的方式进行热水循环。翻转过程中在井中预埋温度传感器分别布置在翻转头处、管道中部和管道末端,监测软管固化过程中软管3个部位的温度。经过6 h的热水循环加热,入水温度及回水温度达到80 ℃,保温2小时,确保树脂固化完成。
确认固化完成后,缓慢降温。采用常温水替换固化管内部热水,当冷却至38 ℃时,开始排水,排水后进行 CCTV 检测。修复前后管道如图13所示。

采用专用的切割工具对内衬管端部切割,切割一定量固化管送检。整个工作完成以后,将工地现场恢复到原貌。
3.5.5 闭水试验
修复完成后,进行闭水实验,验证固化管的密封性。控制实验水头为 5 m,时间为 40 min。经检测实际渗水量为 0.0023 L/(min·m),折合平均实测渗水3.28 m3/(24 h·km),符合国家标准《给水排水管道工程施工及验收规范》(GB 50268-2008)无压管道闭水试验的有关规定。试验完成后,撤去气囊恢复通水,完成管道修复。
3.5.6 固化管初始结构性能
根据《城镇排水管道检测与评估技术规程》(CJJ 181-2012)、《城镇排水管道非开挖修复更新工程技术规程》(GJJ/T 210-2014),通过对内衬管道的材质、内衬厚度、管道强度等指标进行检测。委托专业结构对送检试样检测,检测结果如表 5 所示。

由表 5 可知,初始固化管的弯曲强度为 47 MPa;弯曲模量为 3172 MPa;抗拉强度为 24 MPa;均满足各项技术指标,检测结果合格。
